How far in advance should I book?+
As early as possible. Popular dates in spring and fall book up quickly. We recommend reaching out as soon as your venue is confirmed. A 20% retainer secures your date.
Do you travel outside of North Carolina?+
Yes — we're available throughout the Carolinas and beyond. A $0.35/mile travel charge applies for venues more than 50 miles from Charlotte, NC. Lodging is arranged and billed if needed.
When will we receive our wedding film?+
We'll provide an estimated delivery window at booking. You'll receive a 1-minute sneak peek video first, followed by your full highlight film and ceremony edit.
Can we request specific shots or moments?+
Absolutely. We encourage every couple to share must-have moments, family dynamics, and special details. We'll go through a detailed shot list during the pre-wedding consultation.
Is drone footage guaranteed?+
Drone footage is included subject to venue permissions and weather. We confirm venue approval ahead of time and discuss alternatives if drone coverage isn't possible.
What is your cancellation policy?+
A 20% retainer is required to secure your date and is non-refundable if canceled within 30 days of the wedding. The final invoice must be paid in full one week before the wedding.
